How fast do I get my media?
Next day turnaround. Your photos, video and property website come to you in one link.
Can I pay when the listing sells?
Yes. Choose "$0 due until closing" when you book and pay when the home closes. Or pay after the shoot, your choice.
Is the walkthrough video vertical or horizontal?
Your pick. Vertical works best for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Horizontal works best for YouTube and the MLS. Just tell us when you book.
Can I be in the video?
Yes. The Premium Video Reel (and the Premium Package) includes an agent intro, edited in an upbeat style for social media.
How does virtual staging work?
$50 a photo for 1 to 4 photos, $45 a photo for 5 to 7, and $40 a photo for 8 or more. We'll message you to pick the rooms.
